First of i would like to make it clear that a paragon is a hybrid of a warrior and a monk put together.

With this in mind i bring up the arguements of cautery signet and Song of Restoration.

Cautery signet is currently quite a good skill but unfortunately is quite useless at the same time. I have come up with a way for it to be used in pvp and open up a slot for another type of monk instead of the al famous RC.

Cautery Signet: All Party members are relieved of any condition while you start to burn for 1 second for each Different condition removed this way. You also lose 10HP for each condition removed this way. Energy=0 Casting=0.75 Recharge= 3.

The loss of HP would secure the abuse of it being spammed on recharge and the burning is retained. This will help the monk free up a slot to make the PvP more exciting for those willing to sacrifice an ele or something else[picked ele cos of dmg XD], hence losing pressure even though retaining the spike cos of the para's Spear attacks. The loss of HP/ Damage for each condition can be potentially dengerous too so it would require skill.

The next one is song of restoration.

Song of Restoration: All alies within earshot are healed for 45..97 health and you are set on fire and weakened for 1 second and lose 15hp for every ally healed this way. Energy=10 Casting=1.5 Recharge=12.

Isn't that too powerful for a paragon? no, with the 120 loss of life [maybe more] each time you use it, you would be taking great risks each time you use it, not to mention it can be interrupted easily, not to mention that you can be easily spiked exactly after using it. so even though the team is gaining, the paragon is losing quite a lot too. This would also help paragons from escaping the "omg all a para does is spam" title.

Heal Party > Song of Restoration.
Even with the buff.

The thing with signets is that they're SUPPOSED to be long cast/long recharge, no energy. That's part of the balance. Even elite signets don't have 3s recharges...
